Sleep Essentials is taught by birth and postpartum doulas who are certified infant sleep educators. MotherWit Doula Care has been providing childbirth education and nuanced supportive care to parents for over two decades. Drawing upon experience, knowledge, and compassion MotherWit has a deep understanding of parents’ needs for sleep while maintaining respect for optimal infant development.
